6. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened bottles are not eligible for returns.

You may modify, pause or cancel your subscription at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.
