We currently deliver across select regions of India and continue expanding our reach. If your area is not yet listed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist or guide you to the nearest stockist.

Delivery Timelines

  • Urban & Metro Areas: 3–5 Business Days
  • Rural & Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
  • Subscription Orders: Delivered according to your selected monthly cycle

Eligible Refund & Replacement Requests

You may request assistance if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or leaking
  • Contains incorrect products
  • Contains incorrect quantities
  • Has missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photographs of the package and product
  • Brief description of the issue

  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery

Replacement Process

If your request qualifies, a replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days at no additional cost.

If the original product is unavailable, you may choose between a full refund or store credit.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned through the original payment method used at checkout.
